All the lesson plans on my website are available under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International (CC BY-NC-SA 4.0) license. In broad terms, this means:
- The lesson plans may be used in classrooms without any restrictions.
- The lesson plans or any derivative works may not be used in any sort of commercial or for-profit projects, such as non-free lesson plans on Teachers Pay Teachers or units in English coursebooks.
- Any derivative works must be redistributed under the same license, giving appropriate credit to the author, linking directly to the videos used and/or giving credit to the content creators, linking to the license and indicating any changes made.
I do not own the videos used and embed the videos directly from their sources. Some videos used in my lesson plans fall under the Creative Commons – Attribution license. In the event that the videos do not specify which license they use, I try to get in touch with the content creators to ask them for permission to use their videos.
