Let’s take a short break from grammar and have a quick look at some words related to feelings:
|Anxious||worried and nervous|
|Calm||quiet, not worried|
|Disappointed||unhappy because of someone or something|
|Excited||very happy and enthusiastic|
|Guilty||sad because you’ve done something wrong|
|Pleased||Satisfied, quite happy|
|Tense||worried and unable to relax|
|Upset||worried, unhappy or angry|
These are some words you can use instead of just saying happy/sad/angry.
